How much does Social Lockbox cost?
We offer a variety of packages to choose from and each package has a different cost. Based on your needs, you have options from a one-time purchase only to monthly subscription based services. What if I purchase a package and then realize that another package is better suited for my needs?
We want you to succeed and understand that these things happen. Contact your social media ASAP and they will make a recommendation as to what plan is best for you based on your goals, and help you make the transition.

Is Social Lockbox online only?
Yes - the plans we offer are to support and grow your online presence and generate leads. for those who reside in the Greater Toronto Area we also offer on-site Short Form Video shoots to generate Reels/TikToks for your business.
Do you offer Social Media Plans for Teams?
Yes! We have worked with several Real Estate Teams to help build their social media presence.

Do I have a say in my creative?
Yes! This is a collaborative process to ensure that your social content is authentic to you and your brand. We give you one round of revisions with all creative we present to you.
How long after I sign up can I expect to start working with you guys?
You will hear from us within one business day of signing up for a plan to set up a 1-1 meeting. During the onboarding process we assess your needs and objectives. From there, we map out a detailed timeline for you. Timelines vary by package. Rest assured, we will be in constant communication with you, so you’ll always know what to expect.
Do I get a discount or any perks for recommending a friend?

What forms of payment do you take?
We accept all major credit cards.
What is subscription billing?
Subscription billing is a charging method that enables us to bill customers automatically on a monthly basis for your Social Media Plan. Should you wish to cancel, you must provide 30 days notice.
What if I sign up for a subscription package but need to delay my start date?
No problem! We will work with you at your pace.
Can I pause my subscription packages?
Yes - we allow one pause should you need to pause for whatever reason. We require 30 days to do so.
Can I cancel at any time?
All monthly subscriptions require a 3 month minimum commitment. After this period you may cancel at any time providing 30 days notice. Please refer to our terms and conditions page for more information.
