What happens once I purchase a Social Lockbox plan?
After your payment has been processed, you will receive an email to the same address you used at checkout. This email will contain all the ifnormation you need for the next steps.
Do you have a minimum commitment?
Yes, we require a minimum commitment of 3 months for all subscription packages.
How quickly is my Social Lockbox customized content delivered to me?
Once your dedicated Social Lockbox social media manager team has received all the necessary information from you, we contact you within 48 hours and send you a custom plan within 3-5 business days pending receiving content from you.
Are there any additional charges?
All plans are charged in Canadian Dollars with HST (Harmonized Sales Tax). Rest assured, there are no hidden or additional charges.
How Do You Produce Reels Remotely?
We will guide you to capture the clips we need to form into a Reel. Once the footage is provided we will then edit the footage, add text on screen, select audio, write caption and provide a cover photo. Your Short Form Videos will be ready to upload on Instagram and TikTok.
