Is Social Lockbox online only?

Yes - the packages we offer are to support and grow your online presence and generate leads. Aside from Social Lockbox, the agency offers a full suite of services including web design, collateral development and video. If any of these areas are of interest to you, let us know!

Do I get a discount or any perks for recommending a friend?

How long after I sign up can I expect to start working with you guys?

You will hear from us within one business day of signing up for a package to set up a 1-1 meeting. On the call we assess your needs and objectives.From there, we map out a detailed timeline for you. Timelines vary by package. Rest assured, we will be in constant communication with you, so you’ll always know what to expect.

Do I need any specific equipment?

A computer or smartphone is all you need! We will set up a connection with you via a Zoom call. Depending on your package choice, we highly recommend a subscription to Canva but only require the FREE version to make the magic happen with your templates. 

What is Canva?

Canva is a user friendly graphic design platform, used to create social media graphics, presentations, posters, documents and other visual content.  All of our social media templates are created within Canva and are created so that you can easily upload / change them on demand. This platform is completely user friendly and will take minutes to learn. We will also provide you with the resources and training and promise you will be a Canva pro by the end of it. 

Do I have a say in my creative?

Yes! This is a collaborative process to ensure that your social content is authentic to you and your brand. We give you two rounds of revisions with all creative we present to you. 

What forms of payment do you take? 

We accept all major credit cards. 

What is subscription billing and will I be billed automatically every year?

Subscription billing is a charging method that enables us to bill customers automatically on a fixed schedule for a specific product or service you have registered for. You are billed automatically for the services you register for on a yearly basis. When it is time to renew, we will notify you one month prior of your services end date. Should you wish to cancel, you must do so prior to your scheduled billing date.

What if I sign up for a subscription package but need to delay my start date?

No problem! We will work with you at your pace.

Can I pause my subscription packages?

Yes - we allow one pause should you need to pause for whatever reason. We require 15 business days to do so. 

Can I share my templates?

We don’t recommend it. Each template is designed with your unique brand in mind and contains your logos and brand colours. This is what sets our program apart from the rest and we don’t recommend any two social accounts looking the same!
